The project's lack of boundary walls aims to strengthen neighborhood relationships and prioritize pedestrian access. The market/square area within the inner courtyards is designed as a commercial space where handcrafted goods can be exhibited and transformed into an open social platform that engages users directly.

The green space between the residential blocks is enriched with amenities such as children's playgrounds, seating areas, and a swimming pool. Yaşam Konutları combines functional planning that meets the needs of contemporary living with a warm material palette, while integrating the heritage of neighborhood culture into contemporary urban life.
